Models are booked for three things: hosting a private party or a night out, working a booth at an exhibition, or a promotional shoot. Each one works differently, and each is covered below.
Most people booking models in Bangkok for the first time are not sure what they are actually hiring. There are three distinct services here, and they work very differently.
Someone who joins you for the evening and makes sure it works. She speaks English, she talks with you, she dances, and she keeps the energy of the group up, whether that is a nightclub, a dinner, a yacht party, a birthday, or a wedding.
This is the most requested booking we handle, and the one clients most often underestimate.
Professional booth staff for exhibitions, conferences and product launches. Bangkok runs a heavy conference and exhibition calendar, and this is one of our most regular corporate bookings. They speak fluent English, they hold university degrees, and they know how to work a floor: engaging visitors, inviting people to your booth, explaining a product, and collecting lead data.
A standard day is eight hours maximum. These are working professionals, not decoration.
Models for commercial shoots, video production, brand content and promotional campaigns.
Party models are most often booked alongside a private party or a bachelor party, where we handle the venue, the drinks and the music as well.
Across all three, the service is hosting and entertainment only, fully compliant with all legal regulations.
This is the part that separates a real booking from a bad one.
You tell us the requirement: the event, the group, the language, the role. We check it against our database and shortlist the people who genuinely fit, not whoever happens to be free.
For party and promotional bookings, you set the budget and we show you a selection of candidates who fit it. Photos and video for each, so you are choosing from real people rather than a catalogue.
For exhibition and event staff, you get a professional photo, a CV, and a video presentation for each candidate. And if you want to interview them yourself before deciding, we arrange a Zoom call. Most corporate clients do exactly this, and we think they should.

Almost every group gets this wrong in the same direction. They book none, or they try to book one per person.
Neither works. For a group of seven, three or four is usually right. They are not there to be paired off; they are there to open the room up. They know the venue, they are relaxed, and because they are comfortable the rest of the room follows.
Groups arriving from London, Dubai or Vegas often assume bottles on the table will do that work. In Bangkok they will not. VIP sections here are closed zones: you enter with a bracelet, the section holds a set number of people, and every extra person on your table adds to the minimum spend. You cannot bring people over from the floor. This is also why we handle the table booking and the models together.
Tell us the group size and the venue and we will tell you how many you actually need. It is usually fewer than you think.
That is what the process needs: sourcing, shortlisting, CVs, video, and a Zoom call if you want one. It is the difference between staff who understand your product and staff who are simply present.
We can move faster, and we have. But a rushed booking means a signed waiver and a higher rate, because we are compressing a process that exists for a reason. If your event is close, tell us anyway and we will be straight with you about what we can deliver.
Exhibition and event staff start from 250 USD per day for an eight hour day. The final rate depends on the role, the language requirements, and the length of the booking. Invoicing is in Thai Baht.
For party and promotional bookings, you set the budget and we match candidates to it. That is a more honest way to do it than a fixed rate that fits nobody.
Minimum booking is five hours.
