Once we know your dates and what you want to do, we send you a short list of guide profiles with photos. Availability, schedule, English level, all checked before you see them. You pick the one you want, we lock her for your dates, and we send her the final itinerary.
If she becomes unavailable, we tell you in advance and we replace her with someone suitable. We do not surprise you at the meeting point.

1. Tell us what you want to see. Temples, markets, museums, shopping, nightlife, shows. Some clients arrive with a full list. Others give us a general idea and we build the day for them.
2. Choose the duration. Most bookings are 4 or 8 hours. Longer is possible, planned and quoted in advance.
3. We build a draft itinerary. The goal is not to cram in as many places as possible. It is a realistic route that fits your pace, with the travel between stops kept sane. We send it to you and adjust it until it is right.
4. Transport, if you want it. We can arrange a vehicle and driver, or your guide simply meets you at an agreed point.
5. Pick your guide, pay the deposit, done.
Every tour includes a one hour buffer. Your guide does not walk away the second the clock runs out; she finishes the last stop and makes sure you are back at your hotel.
Full itinerary planning: 48 hours.
If you already know exactly what you want: 12 hours minimum.
Shorter than that: possible, with a 1,000 THB short notice surcharge.
If you only want a guide and no planning at all, we skip the itinerary, confirm the time, and she joins you directly.
