Group Size Rules

Most bookings are small groups. We keep it private and controlled.

• Typical: 1 to 10 guests
• Normal max: up to 15 guests
• If you want more: tell us early, we can discuss and plan it properly

Extra guests: Allowed only if paid and approved in advance. In some cases, we need to rent an extra room to match the headcount rules.

How Much Budget You Should Expect

If you want a real private pool party with proper setup and full attention on you and your group, the budget usually starts from 150,000 THB+.

DJ, Sound, and Music Rules

We can bring a DJ with full equipment.

If you want extra lighting effects, that’s an additional cost and must be planned in advance.

Food and Alcohol

We can arrange food and alcohol in advance, or keep it simple depending on your style.

• Alcohol is usually purchased in bulk through our supplier
• Food can be arranged ahead of time
• If you want more during the party, you can order delivery and pay directly

How Long Does It Run

There is no fixed start time or end time. It depends on your request and the venue rules.

The longest party we’ve run so far was around 12 hours.

When You Need To Book

To do it properly, we need time to lock the venue, staff, and suppliers.

• Recommended: 3 to 4 days in advance
• Short notice: possible sometimes, but options are limited

Deposits, Handling Fee, and VAT

We quote the party with a 15% management fee + VAT. This is already included in the quote we send you.

Deposit covers:

• Venue reservation and venue security deposit
• DJ and production items that must be paid in advance
• Food and alcohol that must be bought in advance
• VAT and management fee
  

Refund policy: Deposits are not refundable because we secure costs upfront.

Reschedule and Cancellation

If you need to reschedule, we can try to negotiate parts of it, depending on what has already been paid and locked.

If models are already confirmed, there is usually a cancellation cost of around 3,000 to 5,000 THB per model.

Extra Guests and Venue Rules

These venues are strict on guest limits.

• If you bring extra guests without telling us, the venue may refuse entry
• That’s why extra guests must be approved and paid in advance
• In some cases, we need to add an extra room to make it work

Private Villas vs Party-Friendly Venues

We can use private villas, but they have limits.

• Best for daytime parties
• For nighttime, loud music is usually limited, often until around 10 pm
• Noise complaints in residential areas can end the party early

For serious parties, we prefer party-friendly venues designed for this type of booking.

Responsibility and Boundaries

We handle planning, coordination, and setup. Guests are responsible for their own behavior.

• Too drunk guests are not our responsibility
• Fights or personal disputes are not our responsibility
• Damage is typically covered by the venue security deposit first
• If damage exceeds the deposit, the venue may charge extra
