Booking & Payments

How far in advance should I book a service?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for the best availability. Last-minute bookings are possible, depending on availability.

Refunds and cancellations depend on the service booked. Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund, while last-minute cancellations are non-refundable. Contact us for specific policies.

You can modify your booking if there is availability. Contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

A 50% deposit is required for most bookings. Some high-demand services, such as private jets, VIP tables, and yachts, transportation, fast track require full payment upfront.

We accept credit and debit cards, bank transfers, wise transfert, cryptocurrency (USDT,), and cash by prior arrangement.
